Final Quality Control
According to New Best FQC management, the QC team test finished product before packing. Only qualified and approved finished product will be packed and load into warehouse.

Out-going Quality Control
According to New best OQC management, wire surface and quantity will be checked by QC team. After all inspection is completed, qualified and approved product will be loaded for delivering.

Process Flow of uncertain or disqualified defect products
We won’t let the defect products continue its production or even be delivered to customers.
When surface defect, incorrect dimension, label (material label or matching label) missing issues are founded by production team, they will hang “Uncertain” label on the product immediately. The uncertain products will be moved to dis-qualified area.
QC team will go to dis-qualified area to check and inspect those uncertain products. If QC people confirm those uncertain products are dis-qualified, they will hand “Dis-qualified” label on the product and issue dis-qualified notice by system.
Dis-qualified notice will be issued to and judged by QC supervisor. Once the QC supervisor completes the judgement, the Dis-qualified notice will be issued to responsible unit. The responsible unit needs to find out the root causes and bring out solutions to improve the same issue happen again in the future.

Tracking System
From the raw materials, semi-finished products to finished products, they all have unique number and label. All production flow and testing results can be traced and checked by ERP system.
