Steel wire business unit provides full spectrum steel wire products which are including carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel wire. Available wire size is from 1.00mm~50.00mm. All of our wire products are qualified by ISO9001 and IATF 16946.
The total sales revenue of steel wire business is combined by 70% domestic market and the 30% exporting. Most of steel wire is used for fasteners and screws production. Due to high production capacity and capability, we are able to fulfill one shot purchasing and delivering to our customers for costs saving.

In addition to Daido STC annealing furnace and Koch drawing machine for big diameter wire drawing, we also have Eddy Current testing machine for wire defect inspection to make sure our product quality. All the production data is controlled by computer system and each coil has its own coil number which is used to trace all production information. We are not only following standard production process to make sure the quality but also keep increasing our production capacity and capability to offer better lead time to all of our customers. Our current capacity for carbon steel wire and alloy steel wire are 11,000 tons per month. Stainless steel wire is 1,200 tons per month.
